Established in late 2023, M1 Financial specializes in commercial leasing, with a particular emphasis on security, technology, laboratory equipment, and material handling. M1 Financial is a division of M1 Financial, who has over 30 years of financial experience and an extensive history serving vendors and customers alike. M1 Financial was created to provide our unique approach to a vastly expanded population of customers.
M1 Financial, founded by Larry Stevens and Brent Allen more than three decades ago, had its inception in 1991 as a privately-owned enterprise, currently headquartered in Sandy, Utah. Having facilitated lease transactions exceeding one billion dollars, Med One has undergone substantial expansion, emerging as one of the largest privately held companies specializing in medical equipment finance and rentals in the United States.
Building on the accomplishments of Med One and leveraging decades of leasing expertise, we proudly introduce M1 Financial. Our goals are simple, to offer the same great service and expertise to our commercial leasing customers as we have in the healthcare industry since 1991.
